indeed some of the desert rats are firmly persuaded that piston-sticking is like the measles: new or freshly rebuilt engines should be exposed to mild seizure early in life so they’ll acquire some measure of immunity to the ailment in maturity
but we also view it as an unneccessarily harsh, even brutal means of shaping a new piston to suit its bore

i talked to a guy who welded underwater and said it was the wierdest thing ever because there were lots of fish around him and he couldnt see anything until he struck the arc and that he was constantly scared he was going to suffocate

when discussing emissions created by diesel engins in class today someone told me about a job he once had inspecting wrecked cars for ICBC and that when people try to kill themselves from carbon monoxide poisoning its actually very painful and there is often alot of vomit and scratch marks on windows wierd i dont feel any different after putting this on the internet
